Samsung in its recent seminar has stated about the latest technology trends that it has embedded in its smartphones and would even likely to add in it. In the same genre, it has also stated about the future development in terms of semiconductor industry. The Korean tech giant has also unveiled its 10-nanometer LPDDR4 6GB mobile DRAM that would be added in the upcoming Galaxy Note 6, which is going to be introduced in August 2016.
The Galaxy Note 6 is believed to have the outstanding specifications that include display of 5.8-inch ‘Slim RGB’ AMOLED and the high definition resolution as well. It is also rumoured that the phone would have the processor of Snapdragon 823 that would also added with 6GB of RAM. Report also says that the Galaxy Note 6 is going to feature iris scanner as well.
If the handset would be built with 6GB DRAM, this would be an excellent specification in terms of restoring battery life and consuming less energy.
